In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.

By accessing the qt99 platform at qt99.today, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the qt99 platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform after any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

qt99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These Terms are made available in English only. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

To access the full range of qt99's gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free. The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. qt99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of qt99 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

3.2 Registration Obligations

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• You may register and maintain only one account on the qt99 platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qt99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

qt99 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and evidence of your payment method. qt99 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or bonus participation until satisfactory verification is completed.

qt99 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through any supported payment method.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

qt99 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Individual payment method minimums may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method.
• qt99 does not charge fees on deposits processed from our end; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• qt99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be linked to fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of request during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on your account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• qt99 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times do not begin until all required documentation has been received and approved.
• Any bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Real money balances are not subject to wagering requirements.
• qt99 reserves the right to void any withdrawal and investigate any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

qt99 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events including the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review or subject to restriction are not eligible to receive or use bonuses.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• If a Player withdraws their real money balance before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• qt99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error, credited due to a technical fault, or obtained through any form of abuse or manipulation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are published on the promotions page and the Rewards section of the platform.

5.3 Rewards Loyalty Programme

The qt99 Rewards programme awards loyalty points on every qualifying wager placed on the platform. Accumulated points can be redeemed for bonus funds and free bets as set out in the Rewards programme terms. qt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice provided to active participants.

By using the qt99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other Players, qt99 staff, and the integrity of the games and betting markets available on the platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with qt99.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the qt99 platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using any third party's account.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other technology to interact with qt99 games, betting markets, or the cashier without express written permission from qt99.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, glitch, or miscalculation in a game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed by qt99.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen payment details on the qt99 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward qt99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise reproduce any part of the qt99 platform or its games without authorisation.

Breach of any of the prohibited conduct provisions above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the qt99 platform — including but not limited to the qt99 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, layout, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, audio and video content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of qt99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qt99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any content on the platform.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the qt99 platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of qt99. Unauthorised use of qt99's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

The names and logos of third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the qt99 platform under licence.

The qt99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qt99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, secure, and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from technical errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

8.1 Exclusions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qt99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the qt99 platform.
• Any loss resulting from a third-party game provider's system failure, data error, or RNG malfunction. In such cases, qt99 will cooperate with the relevant provider to investigate and, where confirmed, void affected rounds.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Any interruption or delay to service caused by circumstances beyond qt99's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, government action, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the qt99 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

8.2 Maximum Liability

In cases where qt99's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, qt99's total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following circumstances.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by qt99

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a KYC request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks initiated against qt99 by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Extended inactivity (an account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure).

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your qt99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to verification requirements being satisfied) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. qt99 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any dormant account action is taken. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a further 12 months before being subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero. Players who reactivate their account will have the applicable fee schedule halted from the date of reactivation.

qt99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously. The following provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both qt99 and all registered Players.

• qt99 provides all registered Players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools at no charge, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session duration reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account immediately restricted from all gambling activity for the duration of the self-exclusion period. qt99 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.
• qt99 prohibits the creation of new accounts by Players who are currently under a self-exclusion period. Any such account, if identified, will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.
• Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to contact qt99's support team at [email protected] or to visit the dedicated Responsible Gaming page for guidance and self-assessment resources.
• All players must be 18 years of age or older. Gambling by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on the qt99 platform. qt99 employs age verification procedures to identify and prevent underage access.

qt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — qt99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the qt99 platform before the changes come into effect.

For minor amendments that do not materially affect Player rights (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in supported payment methods), qt99 may update these Terms immediately without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the revised Terms come into effect. Your continued use of the qt99 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, subject matter, or formation, shall be subject to the processes outlined in this section.

12.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the qt99 service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within that timeframe, we will provide you with a status update and an estimated resolution date.

12.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our senior management team. Details of how to escalate will be provided to you at the conclusion of the initial complaints process. qt99 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute concerning the outcome of a game, the calculation of winnings, or the application of bonus terms, qt99's records shall be the primary reference point. qt99 maintains comprehensive transaction and game-round logs for all accounts. Where a Player disputes a recorded outcome, qt99 will conduct a full investigation and communicate its findings in writing within 10 business days of receiving the formal dispute.

12.4 Safe and Reliable Platform
